Distance Graduate Programs

        Business Administration

This MBA graduate program is solely completed through interactive video conferencing.  It is designed for individuals who work full-time during the day and would like to take classes at night.

        Public Administration

Students who wish to enter or advance their education in the public service field can complete this MPA graduate program by participating in web-based programs and online discussions.

        Instructional Technology

This graduate program offers students a MEd in Instructional Technology and offers courses that prepare students to use a variety of technology in many different settings.

        Library Media

Students who complete this graduate program are licensed to work at any level K-12 as a Library/Media specialist.

        SLIS 12-12-12 Program

Kent State University School of Library and Information Science (SLIS) has the only accredited MLIS program in Ohio. Most of the courses will be offered by interactive, two-way video conferencing to 3-4 external locations.

        Master's of Technology

The Master’s of Technology graduate program provides students the opportunity to gain current knowledge and skills in technology-based fields.  The program also provides flexibility to meet the needs of both traditional and non-traditional students.  Many of the courses are offered through distance learning and the Web, giving students greater access to the graduate program at all eight Kent State campuses.
