The Instructional Technology program offers courses designed to prepare students to use a variety of technologies in many different settings. Students are tracked through their coursework as a group in an effort to use members of the group for inspiration and support systems. The program combines synchronous and asynchronous web-based classes to prepare graduates for settings such as classroom teaching, technology coordinating in hospitals, businesses, and governmental organizations. This degree can also result in a computing/technology endorsement to a teaching license.
