COLLEGE CREDIT FOR MILITARY TRAINING PLUS IN-STATE TUITION

The State of Ohio is committed to providing college credit for military training and experience and to providing in-state tuition for qualified veterans.  For more information, see Ohio Education Opportunities for Veterans & Servicemembers.

Kent State University accepts all Veterans Affairs educational benefits.

Kent State University also awards college credit for basic military training and formal coursework.  This evaluation of military training is done through Kent State University's Transfer Center, which has an FAQ online that includes some answers about military credit.  If course credit is awarded, some technical courses may also count as approved electives in Digital Sciences degree program, while the remaining course credit may count as general electives.
