Pre-Approved Electives

FOR DIGITAL SCIENCE MAJORS:

The Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Arts, and Master of Science degrees in Digital Sciences require some "Advisor-Approved Electives in Digital Sciences or Related Area".  For your convenience, a list of Pre-Approved Undergraduate Electives or Pre-Approved Graduate Electives is available.  However, since courses are constantly being created and removed, any such list will never include all possible electives, so students are also encouraged to browse the current University Catalog and consult their academic advisor about other specific courses of interest.

 

FOR STUDENTS IN OTHER MAJORS:

You may find that some of these courses offered by other units on campus would be excellent electives for your own degree, as would some of the DSCI Undergraduate Courses or DSCI Graduate Courses, or the digitally-oriented courses in our list of Other Required Undergraduate Courses or Other Required Graduate Courses from other units.
