Do you have a question about the Digital Sciences graduate program?  Are you unsure how it compares to other graduate programs on campus?  Do you want to switch to Digital Sciences but are not sure if it is right for you?  Come talk to us — we will be happy to discuss your interests and career goals and help you make the choice that is right for you!


Our Academic Advisor Coordinator, Kay Levandowski, serves as the professional advisor for the Digital Sciences graduate program.  Kay is generally available from 8am-4pm, Monday through Friday, in 236C MSB (Mathematics and Computer Science Building). 

While you are welcome to drop in anytime, you may want to schedule an advising appointment with her in advance to ensure that she will be available to meet with you.

In-Person Appointments: Schedule a half-hour appointment through the Schedule Advising Appointment link on the right or by calling 330-672-9069.

Phone Appointments: Students can schedule a phone appointment if they prefer.  To do so, schedule a half-hour appointment through the Schedule Advising Appointment link on the right as mentioned above but type "PHONE APPOINTMENT" in the notes section of the form.  Then call 330-672-9069 at your scheduled appointment time.Email Advising: Students can ask general questions via email to Kay Levandowski <>.
