I teach user experience design, information architecture, human-information interaction and related courses. I'm faculty member in the Information Architecture & Knowledge Management program.

I study how people make sense of digital information in their everyday life, and how our technologies rarely accommodate the messy, ad-hoc, and emergent patterns of this behavior.
