Undergraduate Advising

UNDERGRADUATE ADVISING:

Our Academic Advisor Coordinator, Kay Levandowski, is generally available from 8am-4pm, Monday through Friday, in 236C MSB (Mathematics and Computer Science Building).

ADVISING OPTIONS:

Walk-In Hours for Spring 2013 are Wednesdays 1-3. Walk-in appointments are not full advising appointments but for quick questions or one-issue matters. If you would like more than 10 minutes with an advisor, please schedule a regular appointment.

In-Person Appointments. Schedule a half-hour appointment through the Contact an Advisor link above or by calling 330-672-9069.

Phone Appointments. Students can schedule a phone appointment if they prefer.  Schedule a half-hour appointment through the Contact an Advisor link above but type "PHONE APPOINTMENT" in the notes section of the scheduler.  Then call 330-672-9069 at your appointment time.

E-Advising. Students can ask general questions via email to Kay Levandowski <klevand1@kent.edu>.

Off Campus Advising. The DSCI advisor sometimes visit regional campuses and community colleges. Please call 330-672-9069 for information about advising off-campus. If you are a community partner who would like an advisor or faculty member to visit, please contact Kay Levandowski.
