Kent State University's School of Digital Sciences is a cutting-edge new interdisciplinary school designed to train tomorrow's digital leaders.
The School of Digital Sciences is Kent State University's only independent, interdisciplinary school. As an independent school, the School of Digital Sciences is outside all of the university's colleges. As an interdisciplinary school, the School of Digital Sciences — which has no permanent faculty — draws faculty from departments and schools across the university to teach its courses and serve on its committees. As a result, faculty from across the university teach courses for the school, and our students have a unique opportunity to take selected classes from other programs as part of their major.
The school offers a variety of programs, including:
- Bachelor of Science (B.S.) and Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Digital Sciences
- Minor in Digital Sciences
- Master of Digital Sciences (MDS) degree
- Enterprise Architecture Graduate Certificate
