Course Description:

Learn the principles and practice of designing and delivering effective study abroad programs through Kent State University's unique overseas relationships in Ireland and at our campus in Florence, Italy.  Participants in this workshop will meet with university program officials and  facility support staff, private third party companies, providers of support services, and students enrolled in ongoing programs.  Classes meet in the onsite facilities as well as in various offsite locations.  Ample time  will be spent visiting local sites of historical and cultural significance in rural Ireland, Dublin, Florence, and Rome.  A day of independent travel in Italy will also be built into this program.
