OATS

 Organization of Athletic Training Students

The Kent State University ATEP has an active student organization called the organization for athletic training students (OATS). Students involved in this organization perform service activities (Habitat for Humanity) and host educational activities for members in the group. Additionally, this organization hosts several social activities such as Jock Jams, family dinners, bowling, and end of the year picnic.  Lastly, this organization is active in volunteer activities such as the Akron Marathon and Relay for Life.

OATS is a great way for athletic training students to get involved and meet other athletic training students.  Students can join at any time.  Due are $10.00 for a semester and $15.00 for a year.  If you have any additional questions you can contact Ashley Reed or e-mail OATS directly at kentstateoats@gmail.com

Ms. Ashley Reed serves as the faculty advisor for OATS. Officers for OATS are selected by their peers to lead the organization every fall semester.
