All admissions to graduate programs in the College and Graduate School of Education, Health, and Human Services are handled through the university's Division of Graduate Studies. Applications are available online and other forms associated with admissions can be obtained here. Any application materials, including reference forms and letters, can be submitted online by attaching them to an email sent to Graduate Studies at firstname.lastname@example.org.

At the moment, unfortunately the Instructional Technology program is not accepting applications from international students, because of U.S. Homeland Security restrictions on the number of online course credits that can be taken each semester by students on a foreign visa. Almost all coursework in Instructional Technology is now online, so the program cannot be taken without violating these regulations.
