Summer Fit for Life Workshop

Fit for Life will kick off MONDAY, JUNE 13 with a variety of classes, including cardio kick, yoga, boot camp, weights, aqua, walking/jogging, and independent exercise classes. Classes are M,W, F with the option of 6-7 a.m., noon-1 p.m., or 5:30-6:30 p.m. An optional diet information sessions will be held on Wednesdays at 5:30 p.m., which will be led by Colleen, a certified dietitian. Questions regarding registration may be directed to the Office of Continuing and Distance Education at 330-672-3100 or continuinged@kent.edu.
