- Requirements: The Superintendent's License requires three years of experience in a position requiring a Principal's or Administrative Specialist license. The coursework includes field experience as part of the 18 required hours. Upon completion, the license permits the holder to serve in any pre K-12 administrative position, with the exception of School Treasurer. Students may wish to enroll in the EdS or PhD program, which would require additional coursework. If interested, specific degree requirements can be discussed with Dr. Catherine Hackney, Program Coordinator of Pre K-12 Educational Administration, at email@example.com.
