Posted July 9, 2012Stress will be the topic for this month’s wellness Lunch and Learn seminar. Controlling Stress Before it Controls You will be held on Tuesday, July 17 at 12:30 p.m. in the first floor Food Lab in Nixson Hall (please note this is a different location than previous sessions).
The programs are sponsored by the Division of Human Resources and are held in conjunction with Impact, which is the university’s employee assistance program. The hour-long programs are free and open to faculty and staff. However, seating is limited and reservations are required. You can register here.
