Join Us for a Gratitude Journaling Seminar – All Campuses

Looking for ways to elevate your mood, increase optimism, alleviate depression, cope with grief and get a happier outlook on life? Keeping a daily journal of things that you are thankful for could be just what the doctor ordered.

Join us on Friday, Feb. 24, from 8:30-9:30 a.m. In this workshop you will learn how to start a journal, what to include and all of the ways that gratitude journaling can benefit you. We also will have a discussion about Mindfulness Meditation as it ties into observing and finding things to be grateful for in the world around us.

There will be two ways to participate in this morning workshop:

1)     Join us in Heer Hall training Room 107. Space is limited, and registration is required.

Register to attend the Heer Hall presentation

2)     You also may participate via live stream from any location with internet access. Registration is required.

Our presenter for this beneficial workshop will be Judith Eugene from IMPACT Solutions. This workshop will be worth 10 Wellness Your Way incentive points toward your Wellness Your Way Tier Two reward. Individuals registered and participating via live stream will be sent a questionnaire at the conclusion of the seminar to verify participation.
