Dr. Eboni Pringle -- Bridging the performance gap for underrepresented and underserved college students

Dr. Eboni Pringle is the Dean of Kent State’s nationally recognized University College.  Among Dr. Pringle’s many responsibilities is co-leadership of a program called DEEDS – which stands for Dynamic Education and Engagement of Diverse Students.  DEEDS aims to bridge the performance gap between underrepresented students and the general student population, including the gap in graduation rates.
