EMSA Buddy Program

What is an EMSA Buddy?  An employee of Enrollment Management and Student Affairs (EMSA) who:

• remembers what it was like to start a new position - anxious, overwhelmed, not sure who to ask or afraid to ask.
• desires to welcome new memebers of the EMSA family.
• willing to touch base with their assigned co-worker to see how they are doing, answer questions (best place ot eat lunch, what  professional development opportunities are available, do you know of a good dry cleaner?).
