Sarah Rilling teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in applied linguistics with a special interest in computer applications to language teaching, and she administers Teaching English as a Second Language Programs. She holds a B.A. and an M.A.T. in German, an M.A. in English/TESL, and a Ph.D. in Applied Linguistics. She has published in the areas of language, gender, and teaching in computerized spaces. She has lived and worked in Germany and Japan, and she has visited Taiwan where she presented a professional paper. In her free time, she enjoys the outdoors, reading, and needlework.
