This course introduces theoretical principles of technical communication. Students may expect extensive practice in the use, evaluation and production of complex technical documents, including research reports and research proposals. The course emphasizes oral, written and electronic communication.

This course may be used in partial fulfillment of the Writing and Language Studies requirement in the English Major and in partial fulfillment of the Writing Minor.

Prerequisites:Completion of Eng 21011 or equivalent, and Junior standing.
