The Kent State Student Center has helped plan numerous events of different sizes and types. Weddings, meetings, lunches, large VIP events, and many other occasions are held each year at the Student Center.
To begin planning your event or conference, start by gathering information and determining the basics for your event. Event Coordinators are available to assist in planning your event every step of the way.
Budget
Size of Event/Type (Ex. Small Brunch, Executive Conference, Large Reception) Desired Date/Time Approximate number of guests/seating required
Will food be served? Drinks/Bar? (See Banquet Sales for more information) Determine Student Center Rooms of Interest
