Policies

• Rentals are designed for short-term usage, with no overnight use permitted.
• Rental equipment must be returned to its point of origin by closing.
• Rental equipment must be locked when not in use.
• Rental equipment is only to be used by the renter.
• Riding while intoxicated is prohibited.
• Renter assumes all liability for all equipment issued, including to guests.
• Renter and/or guests assume all risk and responsibility of injuries sustained during the rental.
• Guests must be at least 18 years of age.
• Fees will be assessed for equipment returned dirty, late, damaged, lost or stolen.
