The Moulton Scholars program is designed to enable faculty members to work on scholarly projects that can be made possible or enhanced by using technology. The program offers faculty members office space, equipment, access to pedagogical expertise and technological resources including consultation that will help achieve project goals. While individual scholars may focus their work on specific courses or projects, the program is also designed to offer support for department or unit work that will contribute to continuing development over time and benefit increasing numbers of students.
There are three options to becoming a Moulton Scholar, each of which entails: a project plan, an application, and participating in Moulton Scholars activities. It is possible to combine options
Small FPDC grants (up to $500) (visit Grants and Funding Opportunities for application) are available for technology aids such as software or small equipment. Up to $500 for professional development and teaching aids are available for those applying via Options 1 & 2.
