Kent State University offers more than 250 baccalaureate programs of study. Also known as bachelor's degrees, most of these programs are designed to be completed in four years by full-time students.
Kent State also offers an extensive range of advanced academic programs leading to degrees at the masterâ€™s, educational specialist and doctoral levels. These graduate programs provide advanced training and knowledge essential to the economic development and general welfare of Ohio and the nation, as well as lead to research with a global impact. Students may engage in exceptional research opportunities through the 38 academic units across the nine different colleges that offer more than 100 master's programs, eight educational specialists, and more than 50 doctoral programs and specializations.
