Creative Achievement Award

Eligibility for the creative achievement award is meant to include those who:

1.    Are actively involved in graduate work in the fine and professional arts

2.    Are involved in a creative work or project during the 2012-2013 academic year

3.    Past performances, exhibits, and shows are not eligible for consideration.

If you are nominating someone else, please have them send or upload the following documents: 1. curriculum vitae, 2. supporting audio/visual materials, 3. two confidential letters of recommendation.
