Teaching Excellence

Eligibility for the teaching award is meant to include those who:

1.    Teach their own course and/or
2.    Share major teaching responsibilities for a course, such as leading discussion sections or conducting laboratories.

If you are nominating yourself, please click on the "Apply Here" button below.

If you are nominating someone else, please have them send or upload the following documents: teaching portfolio including 1. student evaluations, 2. a computerized summary sheet (SSI), 3. grade distributions of your classes, 4. two letters of recommendation (at least one from a supervisor), 5. a CV, 6. statement of teaching philosophy.
