Hobsons provides a web-based Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) that stores student contacts, manages communication flow, and creates detailed reports on recruitment efforts. Programs will be able to manage students from inquiry to application to enrollment, create individualized communication strategies, utilize cross-media communications and target unique populations.
