Summer and Fall 2017 application term

If you intend to start courses in the Summer 2017 or Fall 2017 term submit all required documents to:

Please include your full name and Kent State ID (9 digit number starting with 8) on all documents. 

Spring 2018 application term

If you intend to start courses in the Spring 2018 term upload all required documents in your application portal.

Application documents for your intended program may include, but are not limited to:

  • Transcripts
    Copies of official transcripts (front and back) are required at the time of application from all universities where 8 or more credit hours were earned.  Admitted students are required to submit official transcripts after they have accepted an offer of admission.
  • GRE/GMAT scores
    Scores will only be accepted when sent directly from the test provider to the Division of Graduate Studies as an official test report.  Scores reported by applicants will not be accepted.
    Kent State University's GRE code is 1367 and GMAT code is N4Q.
  • Letters of Recommendation
    Recommendation Form (PDF) (to be used by applicants to the Summer 2017 or Fall 2017 term only)
