Honors Faculty Spotlights

Honors professors are fascinating people, and very busy people as well.  They enjoy interacting with students and welcome contact with them. Below are a few interviews with some of our distinguished professors.

Professor Jim Delisle
This interview was conducted with Dr. Jim Delisle on April 23, 2007. We discussed various topics including his background, his thoughts on gifted students, and the Kent State Honors College.

Professor John Watson
This interview was conducted with Dr. John Watson during the Spring semester of 2007. Family, benefits of the Honors College, and Dr. Watson's educational background were among the topics discussed.

Professor Masood Raja
This interview was conducted wtih Professor Masood Raja on April 4, 2007 at his office in Satterfield Hall. He will be teaching his first Honors class this fall.

Professor Ron Russo 
Mr. Russo teaches the Honors Intro to Film course offered at Kent State. In this interview, he discusses what sets his Intro to Film course apart from the rest, he offers advice to students, and discusses his influences.
