Honors College Policy Council

HOCOPOCO is an advisory group to the Dean of the Honors College. This group is made up of 12 Honors faculty and 12 student representatives. Apply to become a leader and have a voice in policies which influence how Honors students live and work. Elections are held early in the fall semester. Meetings are held three times each semester. Past discussion topics have included:

  • changes in curriculum
  • new programs
  • course and instructor evaluation procedures
  • establishing a rationale for new PCs in the Honors computer lab
  • making public the class evaluations of Honors courses
