Study Abroad at the University of Ulster

Jamestown, Ulster

The University of Ulster, with a student population of 22,000, has four campuses located in Northern Ireland, a country known for its natural beauty and the warmth and hospitality of its people.  Students can take classes in a variety of subjects, such as business, humanities, communications, social sciences, math, computer sciences, and basis sciences.  For more information about classes, go to http://prospectus.ulster.ac.uk/modules/.  Click on the campus of choice and then on the appropriate subject area.

Kent students study abroad at the University of Ulster either spring semester or all year.  Students earn 15 hours of transfer credit per semester.  While studying at the University of Ulster, students live in self-catered university-owned apartments with other international students and they receive a stipend for food.  Travel within Ireland is easy—students can see the amazing sights of the Giants’ Causeway, the Cliffs of Moher, or hop a short train ride to Dublin- or take a quick flight over to mainland Europe!
