Honors College Scholar

Graduation with an Honors Notation

Students who choose not to complete the thesis option may graduate with an Honors notation.

Graduation with an Honors notation requires the following:

• Completion of 24 credit hours of Honors work
• Completion of one Honors experience each semester
• Minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0

Students who fulfill these requirements will receive the notation "Honors College Scholar" on the final academic transcript.
