Thesis Committee Submission and Registration


Please note: This form must be completed by the end of your first semester of thesis work.

The Thesis Committee must be made up of the following members:

  • A faculty member from your department.
  • A faculty member from outside your department.
  • A faculty member from HOCOPOCO.

The following faculty members, in addition to my thesis advisor, have agreed to serve on my thesis oral defense committee.
