The final copy of the thesis must be submitted to the Honors College and the online copy uploaded to OhioLink by the Monday of finals week in order for the student to receive the Honors notation on the transcripts.
Students should have the thesis coordinator check formatting prior to printing the final thesis copy, and contact the coordinator with any questions or difficulties during preparation of the final manuscript. Final thesis copies that are not prepared according to the guidelines, as well as final theses with typos, spelling errors, etc., will not be accepted and will be returned to the student. If the thesis is returned, the Honors notation will not appear on the transcripts.
Students are required to submit one bound (velo binding) copy to the Honors College and one additional, signed approval page.
Once the thesis coordinator receives the signed oral defense form, students will be given instructions for submitting the final manuscript to the OhioLINK Electronic Theses & Dissertations (ETD) Center.
