Who can use it?
The order of preferencing (for conflicting times – 2 unapproved requests at the same time) will go as follows:
- Academic college partner associated with hall(s) where the room is located
- Residence hall staff for the hall(s) where the room is located
- Students who live in the hall(s) where the room is located
- Registered student groups
What hours will it be open?
- For Fletcher Hall, Manchester Hall, and Prentice Hall: These rooms are available on weekdays before 10pm.
- For Beall Hall, Centennial Court B, Stopher Hall, Tri-Rotunda Classroom: These rooms are available anytime that the front desk is open.
How do I schedule the space?
- Written, electronic or oral requests for facilities can be made to the Assistant Director for Academic and Student Leadership Programs, Lindsay Marx (lmarx@kent.edu), 48 business hours in advance.
- Cancellations must be given to the Assistant Director for Academic and Student Leadership Programs immediately.
Can I use the spaces during the summer?
All room reservations from the end of the semester through August 1st must go through Conference Bureau.
General Policies, Regulations, and Guidelines for the space will be provided when you reserve the room.
