Facilities, Furniture, and Appliances

All utilities with the exception of telephone service are free. This includes cable television and high-speed internet access.

Partially furnished apartments are available (if requested). Each apartment may be provided with one double bed frame and mattress. Bunk beds are also available. Each kitchen is furnished with a refrigerator and stove. Drapes are provided.
You may have furniture removed by filling a work order with the Allerton office. However, furniture removal is a low priority request and should be called in at least one week in advance. Allerton furniture should never be placed outside the apartment while waiting for the staff to remove the item.
