The Division of Human Resources assists departments in attracting, motivating, developing and retaining talented individuals in a positive, diverse, healthy and safe work environment. Particular emphasis is placed on maximizing employee communications throughout the multi-campus system, enhancing the workplace climate and implementing technology solutions that streamline work and improve the delivery of services.
