Aetna DMO Dental
Aetna DMO Dental requires the selection of a Primary Care Dentist from an established network. Preventative care is covered once every six months at 100%. Basic restorative services and major restorative procedures are covered after a scheduled co-payment amount is paid. All services must be provided by your Primary Care Dentist. Specialty care is referred by the Primary Care Dentist to a network specialist. Orthodontic coverage is available to all enrolled employees and their eligible dependents.
Single coverage, and coverage for one family member, is available with no salary deduction. For more detailed coverage information, see the Plan Booklet.
