• Dental coverage is available to all full-time faculty and staff.
  
  
• The effective date of coverage is the first full date of your employment.
  
  
• Family coverage is extended to spouse and dependent children up to age 21.
  
  
• Dependent Children age 21-25 must be students as defined by the plan to remain eligible
  
  
• Annual open enrollment window periods each plan year. 
  
  
• There are currently two dental plans to choose from, the Aetna DMO Dental and Medical Mutual Super Dental PPO.
