Service Achievement Awards

The Service Achievement Award program recognizes eligible classified employees with a certificate and monetary award upon completion of each five years of service.

Full-time and part-time permanent employees, including recognized bargaining unit employees and those employees having seasonal appointments, receive this award in the form of a cash payment once every five years. 

Award Schedule:

  • 5 Years, $250
  • 10 Years, $500
  • 15 Years, $750
  • 20 Years, $1,000
  • 25 Years, $1,250
  • 30 Years, $1,500
  • 35 Years, $1,750
  • 40 Years, $2,000
  • 45 Years, $2,250
