Lunch and Learn
Lunch and Learn seminars are held monthly and topics for upcoming sessions are listed below.
Each session lasts one-hour. Sessions begin at noon (unless otherwise noted).
Lunch and Learns are free and open to faculty and staff, but reservations are limited to 40 participants. A healthy lunch is served at no cost to participants.
Understand the true meaning of work/life balance and why this issue needs to be a top priority. You will explore a variety of coping skills for overcoming obstacles that lead to work life imbalance. Through interactive activities, you will learn how to prioritize your values and begin the process of creating more balance in your life. Stress management techniques are shared.
