Collective Bargaining

Kent State University has collective bargaining agreements with the Kent State Chapter of the American Association of University Professors (AAUP-KSU) and the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME).  Links to the current collective bargaining agreements appear below.  During the summer and fall of 2011, the university will engage in collective bargaining sessions with both AAUP-KSU and AFSCME.   Management employees are encouraged to review the most current information on the status of the collective bargaining process from the links below.
