This course uses small group discussion and case studies to better understand the importance of performance management. The process will be thoroughly examined from the manager's and employee's points of view to better enable managers to fully utilize the evaluation process as a way to encourage and develop employees. In addition, participants will learn more about how to properly prepare and conduct an effective performance evaluation.
