The purpose of this workshop is to provide a tool for surfacing concerns participants have while moving through the four phases (denial, resistance, exploration and commitment)of change. Preventing Workplace Violence

This course clarifies the nature and scope of workplace violence and identifies some of the best practices for identification and prevention. Many ethical violations occur when an employee is faced with a difficult choice that requires the employee to balance competing interests where the right thing to do is not clear.
