USA Hockey’s Red White & Blue Hockey program promotes the integration of cross-ice practices and games into youth hockey. It raises the level of creativity among players, increases player participation, and creates a positive environment for kids to learn and play.In this cross-ice environment, a player’s activity level skyrockets because their participation increases, leading to an increased skill set and love of the game. Drills are designed to focus on multiple skills and situations, increasing time with the puck and more situational repetition. Adult Hockey League

| The league is open to players 18 years or older. The league plays most of its games on Sunday afternoon and evening and runs from September through April. Stick ‘N’ Puck Hockey
This hockey program is open to all ages. All minors must be accompanied by an adult.

Pick-up Hockey
Pick-up Hockey is designed for players to improve their hockey skills in a relaxed environment. Players will warm-up for the first 15 minutes, followed by a scrimmage for the remainder of the time.

3v3 League
The 3 vs. 3 league will be broken up into divisions based on players’ birth year. Complete teams must register on a first come first serve basis; limit 4 teams per division. Each team must provide their own coach, goaltender (of equal age or younger), and matching jerseys. Goalies are the only player allowed make substitutions between teams. Upon registration, a team roster form and detailed league rules and regulations will be emailed to the team manager, and must be read before the first game. All players must be registered with USA Hockey.
All games played are fully refereed on 150 x 80 foot ice surface to maximize skill development. Each game consists of a two-minute warm up period and (3) 15-minute run time periods. Line changes will take place every 45 seconds on the horn. There are no off-sides and the only stoppages of play will occur at the end of periods and for penalty shots.
