Course Set up for Summer 2013
Set up Course Shell- If your courses are not showing up in your Blackboard course list please contact your department scheduler asap.
Check Your Student Roster-Log in to your Blackboard Learn course, click "Users and Groups" under Control Panel and then click Users. If this list does not match your official student roster in FlashLine, please submit a ticket.
Course Combine- Submit the online course combine form with as much detail as possible.
Copy Content – Copy Content from one course to other Instructions - http://www.kent.edu/blackboard/faculty/upload/copying_course_content.pdf
Save student data from Learn course- To save student data and content from Blackboard Learn course please follow our End of Semester Checklist for Learn

Recommendation and Tips for Tests in Blackboard

To ensure students can take tests successfully in Blackboard we highly recommend that instructors and students use the tip sheet below before taking or delivering tests.
Tips for Students - We also encourage course instructors to share this document with their students or upload this document in their Blackboard course.Tips for Instructors- Please follow the recommendations in this document for setting up the tests in your Blackboard course. Also if your students run in to issues while taking the test in Blackboard you can Clear their Attempt or Submit on behalf of the student.

Please note that Blackboard scheduled maintenance windows are Sundays 5:00 AM-7:00 AM. Blackboard system may be down during that time for regular maintenance please plan your class activities accordingly.
