In addition to the resources above, faculty and staff members can contact their local desktop support person or open a ticket at the Online Technology Help Center.

Blackboard Support:  Faculty members can drop in for Blackboard Learn support in room 241 of Stewart Hall or visit the Blackboard Support website.


Support for Students Only

In addition to the options listed above, there are a few tech help resources just for students:

Tech at Night (After-Hours Support):  If you're a student living in the residence halls, look no further than Tech at Night.  Tech at Night student staff members are available in the residence halls 5 days a week.
