Expected response time for acknowledgement:
2 business days

Expected response time for fulfillment:
4 business days. Based on change management procedures, calendar availability, scheduled maintenance windows, and available resources. Also subject to change freeze

Service delivery hours:
Performed during the maintenance windows.
Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday, 5:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m.

Staff: IS Division staff members who develop and program applications (non-Banner) are eligible to use this service. Other Kent State staff members who develop and program applications that reside on University enterprise servers are also eligible to use this service.
