Classroom and Instructional Technology - Support

This service describes how to request instruction on the use of classroom AV systems and equipment, and how to receive on-call support should issues arise during a class session.

Service delivery process

Expected response time for acknowledgement:
Acknowledgement of request for classroom emergency situations is immediate.

For non-emergency situations the response to requests may be immediate but no later than the requester's next scheduled class in that space.

Expected response time for fulfillment:
For classroom technology emergencies, response time is immediate.

For non-emergencies, response will occur based on the availability of the learning space.

Service delivery hours:
Fall and Spring Semesters:
Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 10 p.m.
Saturday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Intersession and Summer Sessions:
8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
