How to request this service

If you are experiencing issues with KSUmobile, please contact the support team at ksumobiledev@kent.edu.

If you would like to discuss the development of a new mobile application, please contact your IS Project Manager.

Service delivery process

Expected response time for acknowledgement:
Generally within 24 hours

Expected response time for fulfillment:
Varies. Depending on the complexity of the request, turnaround time ranges from a few hours to a few weeks.

Service delivery hours:
Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Excluding university breaks
