Creates new or modifies existing letters generated out of Banner, the university's enterprise administrative application. Services can include verbiage, formatting, population selection, and scheduling.

Log in to Team Dynamix at www.teamdynamix.com then create a new ticket and select "Business Intelligence" as the ticket type.
